For Liftmaster 41A5034 Infrared Safety Sensor is an infrared safety beam for residential and commercial garage door operators. The unit mounts at floor level on each side of the door opening; if the beam is interrupted during the closing cycle, the motor head reverses the door to prevent injury or property damage. The sensor is wired directly to the motor head’s safety terminals and is universally compatible with operators accepting a standard two-wire photo-eye input.
